At Drave, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with easy exchanges and store credit options.

🕒 Exchange & Return Window

You can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Sale items, custom/personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?
We offer free exchanges for eligible items, depending on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit for you to use anytime.

💳 Store Credit

  • If you don’t want an exchange, we’ll issue store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Store credit will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • For any issues with your order, email drave.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s).

📦 How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Email us at drave.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and request.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Send the item(s) back in original condition and packaging.
